About Me

Jill is a Project Manager and National Environmental Policy Act  (NEPA) Compliance Specialist with over 20 years experience in private consulting. As a Project Manager, Jill is responsible for proposals, scope of work, cost estimates, contracts, hiring subcontractors, budgets, timelines, and personnel management on multi-million dollar projects.  She is proficient in scoping and staging projects for NEPA compliance. She has worked on projects from initial cost estimating through drafting the final permits for the Forest Service, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Federal Emergency Management Agency, US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT), Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) and USDA Rural Development. Her NEPA project experience includes power and water transmission, water development, mining, transportation, power production, and private developments. Jill has been the primary author on Environmental Assessments and teamed on Environmental Impact Statements.
